Founded in 1998, SLKS & YOUNG has grown into one of the region’s most trusted names in the construction and precast concrete industry. With nearly two decades of proven expertise, we are proud to be among the leading specialists in Industrialised Building Systems (IBS), with a strong focus on Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) and Precast Bathroom Units (PBU).
Our portfolio tells the story — with over 30 PPVC and other precast projects successfully delivered, and many more underway, each one showcases our dedication to quality, precision, and innovative construction. At the heart of our operations is our state-of-the-art manufacturing hub in Johor Bahru, with 77.5 acres of land across Senai, Seelong, and Layang-Layang. Equipped with 25 production lines, advanced batching plants, and modern facilities, our scale allows us to take on ambitious projects with confidence and efficiency.
