In the recent publication of CNN Style, we came across this articles of "World's tallest prefab skyscrapers will rise in Singapore -- but they're being built in Malaysia". No surprise to us that these Prefabricated products have to built in Malaysia due to constraint space in Singapore. With a total number of 3034 modules for 988 apartments, it certainly requires an area for production as well as storage. And we are pleased to be awarded for this project to supply Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) modules.

In the recent years, Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) technology has been greatly adopted and promote by BCA as to improve on construction productivity, safety and to reduce noise pollution.

Nevertheless, with years of study, research and experience in manufacturing on Precast Components, we are able to supply and deliver the 3-dimensional (3D) modules of PPVC as well as Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBU).
